Q. What courses do you need to become licensed?
You must take a 60-hour course to qualify for the first year license exam. Our career professionals will furnish you with a schedule of classes and tuition information.

Once you have successfully completed the pre-licensing course, the broker at the real estate company you will be associated with must sign an application for you to take the final exam to become licensed.
