He grew up in Los Angeles and received a business degree from Glendale City College. Richard has worked in sales most of his career. He was employed by Dell publishing for many years and then owned his own business, Spring Valley Landscaping, for eleven years. His extensive background in sales, marketing and public relations provides him with the tools for a successful real estate career. He specializes in residential and ranch properties throughout the county.
